Ebay has my settings for auto pay.......I like many items to ship combined. Auto pay is costing to much money for combined items. Please help. Been to Ebay many times and can not find the answer. Thanks for your help

How many dollars can we sell and not have to report to the irs. Is it $600.00 upward or the standard $20,000.00 thanks for your help
