Customer makes a purchase but is not happy with shipping cost. He opened
a "item not received" case. The customer closed case and wants to cancel
the transaction but I cannot provide a refund as eBay say the case still
exists
I would like to track my new listings on a monthly basis and have been
unable to figure how the best way to do this short of counting manually.
