My screen locks up every time I close a pop up window or move around in a listing

I have 3 ebay windows open on macbook pro. 2 were locked up. I check tracking on a purchase on the 3rd window, when I closed the tracking pop up the screen freezes. curser moves but wont move page or click on anything. If i refresh the page it works ...

ebay ruled in my favor on an item i paid $379.00. They said the refund would be sent to paypal.the refund was never recieved in my paypal account.iam having trouble getting any further info from ebay because the case has been closed.what should i do?...
