Is anyone else having issues listing on the eBay app?

item sold in line new condition. Buyer states missing part. I don’t agree and think buyer broke item.

I sent a refund to a buyer after she sent an item not received request. She sent me a message stating she finally received the item. Should I request eBay step in and request payment or just chalk it up to a loss?

Will I receive an ebay coupon for opening an ebay store?
