I sent item, but Fedex didn't deliver. It was supposed to go to FL, but
it never left NJ. Tracking says delivered in NJ. Buyer opened a case,
and Ebay ruled for him and is giving him a refund.... Obviously Fedex
screwed up here... what can i do?
This used to be easy to find, but I can't find it in the current
interface. Thank you EDIT:Found it! It's in the "overview" tab, on the
bottom under "promotions"
