Ebay will side with the buyer, no protection for sellers. They can send
you back a box of sand and ebay will still side with them. Regardless
what the pictures show.
The CS reps will lie to you in the phone to get you off of it. Always
ask you CS rep for thier name and contact ID first before you get an
answer. This doesnt always help but at least they know you are willing
to try and pin the conversation to them....
