Hello, I sold 3 items as buy it now and in my listing I state I only
ship in the continental US only and someone from overseas purchased them
.... Not sure what to do.....
Seller doesnt state he recived it damaged, receiced item on 12/2/17
email was sent on 12/10/17 .... in his email says he removed item out of
box and play with the toy and it broke and is asking for a refund what
should I do
