I think you misunderstod - the partial refund is b/c I deducted the
restocking fee. I gave back the buyer their money for the return minus
the restocking fee. B/C the full purchase price was not refunded
(restocking fee deducted) eBay system does not...
Accept the return but don't send a label; instead call the buyer out on
a NAD case and let them know they are responsibile for return shipping.
Once received, refund the monies.
