Dead on arrival is at the risk of the seller...always. so us sellers
that choose to take this risk have to make it our business to be Savvy
about how we ship fish. If we didn't succeed doing it we wouldn't be
doing it for very long.
Agreed. I liked using ebay, but, had these same gripes. Buyers ignored
my policies and ebay protected them..it came to me screening and
canceling transactions with buyers with no history to protect myself
before sending ...The absurd fees ebay charge...
