Recently had an offer for a product I was selling retracted before I could accept. The notice of retraction states I can find out the buyer's reason for retraction in the individual product's history, but I can not find this. Any suggestions or help ...

I need to reorder a product I've purchased twice previously, the last time approx. 3 months ago but my purchase history only goes back to mid October & doesn't include this purchase. Is there anyway I can get history information beyond this?
