Subscription supplies shipping coupon not working

I have until June 30th and it is not working copied directly from the subscriber discount page- seems like a problem

Glitch in Ebay app that mistakenly indicated my listing was "Free shipping"

What do I do here? contact Ebay? Explain to the buyer themselves that it is an error and that if you look on an original webpage view it clearly has shipping costs?
