Due to recent changes to EBAY policy _ I am now required to provide my
bank account info to EBAY. Which I refuse to do. However, they are also
holding onto my funds. Would love to get my funds before I close my ebay
account. HOW?
I am trying to relist an item and i get an error message stating -This

clearing your cookies.ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS And yes, I cleared my
cookies.
