I have a PayPal account but I use my debit card from my bank account and PayPal has a block on my money so I can't pay for anything that I want to buy and pay for and they said that they could not take it off

I called my bank every morning to see what the balance is in my account and see if that account is blocked and they tell they tell me no accounts not block the cards okay there's money in my account it is PayPal

I can't get any information out of PayPal about why they're blocking my account and they will not tell me why my accounts being blocked and they act like I don't even have a PayPal account which I do open one two weeks ago and my account was hacked
