I don't know what to do & I can't get a hold of an agent. Long story short: I shipped the item & it was delivered this past Sept. 11 it needed a signature & there was no one home. I emailed the buyer twice with no response. The note from USPS was lef...

So if you're being paid $15.00 an hour & you're wasting the same time on being verified to sell a $4.00 soap. I don't think this platform is worth it anymore. I was verified to sell on the phone but still getting errors so I can go ahead list my item...

Sad but this same problem still is happening this year. It won't allow me to pay for my purchase via paypal & credit card. Also, the call center from Asia is giving me a different approach from the call staff here in the US. Exhausting & frustrating....

MARKING AN ITEM AS RECEIVED

Since I haven't done any purchasing / bidding on ebay for so long I'm not sure as to where I can do the "mark as received" on ebay. It was a buy it now option (not an auction). I already left the seller 5 stars for feedback do I still need to do this...
