If you dont think its authentic, file an SNAD case. You dont have to prove its fake.

But its still illegal to sell the phone because its been listed as stolen.

The buyer could have returned it long before now, Id call ebay and ask that they close the return

Refund the buyer, dont be one of those sellers that drive buyers away from ebay!
