I mistakenly listed an item with "letter" shipping. There was a buyer
and he contacted me that he cannot pay for some reason. I told him about
the error and should have been first class which would cost more and
he's okay with that. But I don't know ...
Sometimes I get this message: Shipping cost cannot be calculated since
the item location is different from the site. Use flat rate shipping. So
frustrating, anyone know a fix ?? or what is causing it ?? I call ebay
but they have no answers.

option because although the buyer tried to buy, the item just showed up
as having bid and will sell and did not move from there, so no invoice
