I was seeing the same double dip charges. I had to bump my prices and
include shipping cost. I'm getting so disgusted with all of the changes.

Having the same issue. Very frustrating! This format destroys the other
half of the label sheet. And the label is now smaller. What the heck?!
Is this change really needed?! Please ebay, fix this.
