Your money is gone. Call the police and see about filing charges. If the cops where you are wont help, call the police where the fraudster lives.

They sent you FAKE emails from ebay. Ebay had no part in this transaction. You need to call the police to deal with this.

If the transaction didnt take place on ebay, there is nothing you can do
