trying to list items to sell..........My ipad is saying OOOOPS!
something went wrong. turned off the ipad and rebooted, but doesn't

A buyer bid and won 2 auctions. As I was packing the items, one broke. I
cannot separate the items to cancel one item they are together as one.
So meaning they both will have to be canceled. Is this true or am I not
