That is a very good questions as i have experienced this myself! For
starters you can have eBay aware of this situation if you want & have
them place notes on the case for you about the seller not responding.
Then, it will tell you to return the pack...
Sadly, you will have to issue the return postage OR eBay will close this
return in the buyers favor & he will get to keep the items as well. As
for what he sends back, all you can do is hope he returns all of them
back because once eBay sees tracking...
If im not mistaking, i believe transactions done in person can be
declined for a refund by the seller if the seller sees a problem with
the item. Usually, PayPal & eBay go by tracking number & seller file
claims with shipping companies & all that but...
