impossible to get thru to a customer service person and I am a powerseller

been selling on ebay for over 24 years and i cant even get a real person on the phone for an issue that my buyer asked me to inquire about. i think its pretty pathetic that even a powerseller /top rated cannot reach a person.

how to handle return from foreign address sending back return to me in USA? Thanks in advance

it was my mistake as a seller, i sent them the wrong jersey. 100% my fault.
