I'm getting exact same thing on my Moto Z Play. I just updated to Oreo
and I couldn't update or reinstall eBay app. I cleared cache on all 3
Google Play files, rebooted phone, etc... This is the only app that's
failing so this has to be on Ebays Dev ...
