FYI folks, the Ops listing is set up correctly to be US only.I suspect
the buyer registered with a US address and then later put his other
address in, I had it happen to me about a year ago
If he hasnt paid and its been more than 48 hours, file an unpaid item
dispute, then 96 hours later, close it. The feedback should be removed,
if not, call ebay and tell them he didnt pay and they will remove it
