How long for PayPal payment methods to update on Ebay? I changed PayPal but it's not on Ebay.

Now that Ebay and PayPal are separate companies, How long does it take for PayPal payment methods to update on Ebay payment system? I changed PayPal this morning but as of 8 hours later the new credit card does not show as payment method on Ebay.
