I've had 3 items returned due to counterfeit shipping. I purchased items with free shipping. When the item comes in they expected me to pay shipping?

I totally agree. I buy and sell on eBay. When I buy, the money comes out of my bank instantly! When I sell, one to three days to receive payment. Makes no sense. They get their money for advertising as soon as sold. They need to change that.
