Ive been quite perplexed by EBay’s shipping charges that claim to get
you a “preferred rate”I made a sale and had to pay out of pocket for
shipping by 8$ as eBay’s calculated rate was incorrect. Why even offer
this if it’s just a lie? Am I missing so...
