I purchased two "Phablets" from two different vendors that ended up with the same IMEI number and came up as lost or stolen when they were checked. These are unbranded unlocked 10.1" dual Sim tablets that are supposed to have cell phone capabilities....

I purchased this item on 10/4, payment cleared Ebay, Paypal, Seller, and my bank. Shipping eta not verified because it shows Paid but not shipped. Sent 3 messages to seller received no response at all. This is inappropriate and unnecessary. Any help ...
