Has anyone had a buyer insist that they've paid for an item but the item still shows as unpaid? This is the situation I am having now. They are stating that they paid for the item yesterday.

A buyer has paid for two items, a jacket, and a scarf. While packing the items I saw a spot on the jacket I had not noticed before. I've alerted the customer of this and sent pictures of the spot so they can decide whether they still want the jacket ...
