Getting billed tons of fees when I'm not selling anything!!!!!!

I'm sick and tired of these bills!! I tried to sell two items. One sold. Then it didn't fit the customer so I had to give her a refund and then freaking eBay charges me $19 + $12??????? What th??!!!!! I'm never selling anything on eBay again!!!!!
