I have made an offer to an interested watcher through the Make An Offer
option, I would like to change or cancel that offer and make another
offer, can I do that? Is their any way to send a message to the
interested party?
I too am sick of all the new changes Ebay is making, and now they are
increasing their fee's? It's fine they want to end their relationship
with Paypal, but at least give us the same service we received with
Paypal, including instant payments instead...
