Now we're in July. Seems like the program is permanently over and the radio silence on the program is disappointing.

All's well that ends well. I had no problem mailing, at the post office on November 10, my package with a November 9 mailing label.

Post office does not allow you to use a Saturday label on Friday. Can't use it early. However, it's ok to use a Thursday label on Friday. Not ideal, but allowed. Still, ebay should have checked the USPS website to see when the holiday actually takes ...
