Where do I find Easy Pricing? Every time I revise and item eBay asks if I want Easy Pricing and I say YES but it NEVER works? (eBay Support cannot answer this question.)

does anybody know how to make Easy Pricing work on the android app? I keep responding "Turn on Easy Pricing" when relisting auctions, but it never really works.

Why can't I post negative feedback? Buyer did not pay. I reported to ebay and they said he would have an unpaid item registered to his profile. One month later NOTHING! This jerk still shows 100% positive!

Anybody else notice this. EBAY customer service said "we did an automated update and added best offer to help you sell more". WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE???? WITHOUT MY APPROVAL????? SHAME ON EBAY. If I wanted to deal with garbage offers, I would have setup...
