Why would there be a best offer option when you are trying to auction your item?? Stupid!! Also bring back handling fees in the shipping portion.. How am I supposed to add insurance to an item when I can’t add in the fee??

I found there is no feature to add handling cost in the mobile app. How come? I use this to cover shipping insurance
