2 out of the 3 items arrived this morning, but tracking and email says
it was all delivered. I personally met my mail carrier at the door so he
handed me 2 out of the 3 plain white envelopes. How do i dispute this
since it wasn't 1st class shipping?
My mail normally gets delivered around 1130am. I received email
notifications around 1030 that all 3 items have arrived. I got look
nothing is delivered. 20 mins later I'm leaving for work and my carrier
is at my door. I seen him scan 2 of my envelop...
