1. After upd app lost option of parcel tracking, if it was any refund for the item. Seller left track number and refund a part of the shipping cost. It was a line with the track number. After upd it’s disappeared.

Seller canceled payed purchase without legal reason, refunded and relisted the item more expensive. Is it posssible to enforce him to sell the item to me by the previous price?
