Your logic is flawed. The feedback doesn't show up until you actually
click on the item and view it, thus giving it a view. The feedback isn't
the reason why; many stores have negative feedback and still do well
with no change in sales.
You have 85 reviews; he has 1549 reviews. Don't blame sellers for
negative feedback, it's just a part of business. Even with those
"professional responses", a few are going to slip through the cracks
