PLEASE HELP!!! My credit card has been charged but the system didn't process it.

It was a big amount. My card has been charge but eBay system didn't process it. Where should I contact to resolve my issue. I committed to buy and I was paying, and now seller has no idea what has been done with my payment. Please guide me. Thanks
