Is anyone having trouble shipping an item and not letting you put in the correct oz / pounds?

My "waiting to ship" items are gone

My waiting to ship items are not there. Also my waiting for payment items are missing.

Can I ask a buyer to send a photo of the damaged item before issueing a refund?
