I ordered 2 rechargeable batteries in Feb. They have since quit & will not charge. I've contacted the seller numerous times over 3 weeks because they offer a 5 year warranty. The seller will not reply. I filed a claim with eBay and keep getting email...

How do I turn off email notifications? It says to go to Communications Preferences in My eBay but I've looked under My eBay & there's no Communications Preference option.

How do I pull up purchases that are older than 60 days? I have the mobile app & can't check older purchases.
