So, when a buyer wants to return something and their reason is "ordered by mistake" I have to refund all of their money including money I paid for shipping? So basically I`m being punished and paying for the buyer`s mistake. Anyone else see how wrong...

I just found out this morning that sellers are charged a final value fee on sales tax collected. I am outraged over this! Just one more way ebay is hurting sellers!
