www.ebayqe.stage.paypal.com took too long to respond

Hi, When I try to "Pay with Paypal" I receive a "www.ebayqe.stage.paypal.com took too long to respond" error message. I've tried logging in from different devices and browsers, without success. This happens in last 5-6 days.
