My item was delivered in an unacceptable condition and 7 extra days

this is an attempt to get me to forget to leave my negative review.
The process you're describing means that I get massively inconvenienced
by their decisions, and they get a clean slate. They literally shipped
my item without a box. Just slapped some stickers on it and kicked it
