Trying to make a purchase but get this error. .

My app is up to date and I can make purchases. I tried Buy Now and I tried Checkout Cart and get the same message. The seller can not help.

Just updated app... It's **bleep** . Crashing, acting erratic, reply window opens several times... it's a nightmare-!! ??? Anyone else?
