I sell autoparts in my ebay store. I'm planning on writting a basic
installation guide as a complimetary gesture for buying from me. Is it
posible to offer a free pdf to my buyers as part of my ebay listing?
Does it have to go through ebay?
After delivery, I politely contact my customer to leave fidback on my
listing. Buyer claims that he had left feedback yet the listing shows 0
feedback. Is he lying or is eBay failing to display it for any reason?
