As of 4/15/23 from the show all categories page, selecting "view all..."
under a category does nothing.No where in the show all categories page
is the category "consumer electronics" or the sub categories like "ham
radio transmitters"
The actual solution was to enable the seller hub which I had not done.
Once that was enabled, the "sell" choice at the top of the screen on
your my ebay page brings you to a different page than I was seeing
