This is happening to me, what do I tell my card issuer? Just never
received item and upload usps documentation (I have this print out with
both addresses that have nothing to do with me or my item).
This just happened to me, new scam that Ebay needs to be aware of. They
refused to give me tracking and the day they uploaded it, all of the
history was instantly there (including the "delivered") I will be filing
with ebay, then capital one if ebay ...
