Hi, I am trying to print a shipping label and getting a message in red
"Something went wrong and unable to generate shipping label". Any ideas
why? I hate trying to talk to someone at eBay! This person is not a new
buyer.
When listing an item I am no longer being given flat rate options for
shipping. Most of my items are flat rate so very concerning. I normally
use the mobile app but I also checked the desk top. Anyone else having
this issue?
