Is it just me, or is the new email set up worse? Is there a way to go back to the old set up?

Buyer recv'd item after I refunded their money. This happens a lot. Since their honest, if it's a small amount I just tell them to keep the money and the item. This was over $30 and went to the UK. He doesn't use Paypal.

eBay told me NOT to contact the buyer and that their account was fraud. Then, eBay said the buyer wanted a refund. I called eBay; they told me not to respond. Now they charged me $20 dispute fee! How is this possible? They told me not to interact wit...
