I have someone who's interested in some of the items I have for sale,
but despite my listings saying I ship worldwide, eBay isn't allowing
them to purchase it because they're not located in the United States.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10. My phone did an upgrade yesterday, and now
my eBay app won't work. It keeps telling me I have to upgrade the app,
but there is no upgrade I can find, and I can't even view anything. Is
there a way to fix this?
I have a Samsung Galaxy 10; I do not use Google Play, I use the Samsung
Galaxy store. I cannot delete and redownload the app because it is no
longer in the Galaxy Store, and I have no way to update. Attempted a few
things in the phone's default brows...
