I'm an extreme victim of telemarketing. How do I rid my login on ebay and other sites of the phone number request nag screen?

Is there a 'cease and desist' letter I can send to websites to rid myself of the phone number nag screen. Nothing was ever done to stop telemarketing. Asking for my phone number is a crime against humanity.
